Tests

All the standardized and demanded tests by the norm CEI-76 or UNE-EN 60076 can be done in OASA's laboratories, for transformers up to 100 MVA of power and 245 KV of tension.

The following tests of routine that prescribes the rule are done in all the transformers:

• Measurement of voltage ratio and checking of vector group.
• Measure of the resistance of the windings
• Dielectric tests: Low frequency applied voltage.
• Dielectric tests: Induced overvoltage (1 minute).
• Measurement of no-load losses and no-load current.
• Measurement of load losses and impedance voltage value.
• Checking of the protection devices
• On load Tap Changers Tests

By client’s request and previous agreement with this one, OASA will carry out the following type and / or special tests:

• Measure of the homopolar impedance
• Impulse type test
• Heating type test
• Level noise type test
• No load current Harmonic measure.
• Response in frequency FRA test.
• Measure of the factor of dissipation (tg δ)
• Partial Discharge test
• Oil-Gas analysis.
